You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After canceling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Once the return has been received and approved, you will be refunded the full order amount including the original shipping costs. The only costs you are responsible for are the return shipping costs from your home to our warehouse in China.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.
